1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NVentory Boss concerning your access to and use of nventoryboss.com and its related pages, content, and forms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the public marketing Site only. Use of the NVentory Boss software platform, including any trial, subscription, account, or customer data, may be governed by a separate agreement.

2. Website use

You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or networks;
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability;
  • Introduce malware or use automated means to scrape, probe, or overload the Site;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
  • Use Site content to develop or market a confusingly similar product or service in violation of our intellectual-property rights.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect the Site or others.

3. Communications and submissions

When you submit a contact form, request a demo, provide roadmap feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about NVentory Boss, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback to evaluate and improve our products and services. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential business information to us.

Submitting a form does not create a customer, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or other formal business relationship.

4. Product and roadmap information

Descriptions, screenshots, demonstrations, and other product materials on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. Features, interfaces, integrations, availability, and pricing may change.

Roadmap items, target dates, and statements about future functionality describe current plans only. They are not guarantees, commitments, or promises to deliver any feature by a particular date. Purchasing or business decisions should not rely solely on roadmap information.

Any actual order, subscription, trial, implementation, or professional service will be subject to the agreement presented for that transaction.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, interface designs, and software—are owned by or licensed to NVentory Boss and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

You may view, print, or save reasonable portions of the Site for your internal business evaluation of NVentory Boss, provided that you keep all proprietary notices intact.

NVentory Boss names, logos, and branding are trademarks or trade dress of NVentory Boss. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or interact with third-party websites and services, including form-processing providers and referenced commerce platforms. Third parties control their own services, content, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” NVentory Boss disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that Site content is complete, current, or suitable for your specific inventory, purchasing, accounting, tax, legal, or operational requirements. You remain responsible for evaluating information and making your own business decisions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVentory Boss and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of NVentory Boss for claims arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold NVentory Boss harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

9. General terms

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction over NVentory Boss, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the public Site and supersede prior discussions about that subject.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@nventoryboss.com.
